But anyway, it's summer at last- the weather is B-E-A-UTIFUL (had some torrential rain and thunderstorms over the weekend, but now it's sunny as fuck again ) and I'm enjoying this total freedom. My art foundation course is overrrrr, my gap year has officially begun! I'm no longer a student! For the first time since I can remember! (worst thing about this so far: it now costs me £10 to watch a film at my local cinema, instead of £4.50 !! lame.)

Well, I need to get a job and yada yada so I can save up and travel, but I'm taking some time to myself first, some time to relax and see friends and enjoy myself before I get back into a working routine.
I've been seeing friends lots which has been wonderful, I'm making a trip up to Scotland with gg for a few days after my birthday in late July, but otherwise don't plan on properly traveling until off peak times after the summer.

Uh, what else? Oh, I've been looking in to buying a video camera so I can explore moving image and film, but it's so hard to pick one! I've visited central london stores, browsed catalogs and websites, but I've got a fairly nice chunk of money to spend on one and I really haven't got that much of an idea what I'm looking for! I don't want to rush into buying the wrong one... but I'm desperate to start filming!
